All deliveries are shipped using Royal Mail. You will
receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. 

All deliveries will require a signature when received, so
please ensure the order is sent to an address where a signature can be
obtained. We do not take responsibility for lost deliveries.

Please note that we are not liable for any customs clearance
fees for your destination outside of the UK.

 

Returns

If for any reason you do not love your vintage piece and
wish to return it, e-mail us at madara@madaravintage.com to organise a return.

All returns must be
received within 14 days of date of order, at your own cost. We are not
liable for any customs clearance fees for your destination outside of the UK.
We advise that you use a tracked delivery service to ensure that we receive
your return. We do not take responsibility for lost deliveries.

Tags must not be
removed. We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon
delivery before removing any attached tags.

All returned garments
must not be:

-worn

-stained

-washed

-altered

If the item(s) is returned damaged, the return will be rejected. In such cases we will contact you directly.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and
we will aim to process this as soon as possible.
